What is this store's return and exchange policy?
We understand that in some cases an item you receive may not be what you are expecting. In such event, we will be glad to exchange the item for you or offer refund on the full price of the item. Simply post the item back to the return address and notify us via email, give a brief explanation for why you didn't like it and the date you received it. As long as the item remains in visibly new condition and reaches us within 10 days of you receiving it, we will accept the return and refund you accordingly. If you sent return package more than 10 days later we will deny your return package. Please understand that the cost of shipping both ways will not be covered by us. If we sent the wrong items please simply request free return label via email. We will email PDF file you can download and resend to us. We will reship correct items as soon as we receive the original items.
If an item is damaged upon receipt, or does not match the order (wrong item selection, wrong size or color), please provide photographic evidence upon receiving it and discovering the problem (MUST within 2 DAYS after receive the items) Once we have given you a confirmation, we will arrange for a collection service. You will receive full refund including all shipping costs in these cases.
