    What is this store's return and exchange policy?
    We understand that in some cases an item you receive may not be what you are expecting. In such event, we will be glad to exchange the item for you or offer refund on the full price of the item. Simply post the item back to the return address and notify us via email, give a brief explanation for why you didn't like it and the date you received it. As long as the item remains in visibly new condition and reaches us within 10 days of you receiving it, we will accept the return and refund you accordingly. If you sent return package more than 10 days later we will deny your return package. Please understand that the cost of shipping both ways will not be covered by us. If there is no name on return parcel we will resend it. We are not responsible for Return package has no name. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR RETURNED PARCELS. IF THE ORDER IS RETURNED TO US DUE TO A SHIPPING ISSUE, UNPAID CUSTOMS FEE, NO SUCH NUMBER ETC. WE DO NOT RESHIP THE ORDER FOR FREE. A RESHIPPING FEE MUST BE PAID, AND OR, WE CAN OFFER STORE CREDIT. WE DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS FOR RETURNED PARCELS. PLEASE DO NOT BUY IF THE SIZE IS NOT CERTAIN. WE DO NOT PAY FOR SHIPPING WHEN WE RESHIP PARCEL.     If we sent the wrong items please simply request free return label via email. We will email PDF file you can download and resend to us. We will reship correct items as soon as we receive the original items. 

    If an item is damaged upon receipt, or does not match the order (wrong item selection, wrong size or color), please provide photographic evidence upon receiving it and discovering the problem (MUST within 2 DAYS after receive the items) Once we have given you a confirmation, we will arrange for a collection service. You will receive full refund including all shipping costs in these cases. 

    Changes and Cancellations

    Please contact us as soon as possible for changes and cancellations. If the order has not been processed yet, we will be able to accept cancellations or any changes. We Can't promise 100% that your order is able to cancel so please do not buy if you are not certain about your purchase decision. Even if you email and request the cancellation, we can't promise anything. Typically we check our customer emails in 24 to 48 hours ( business hours  

    In the event that an item is found to be out of stock after we have accepted your payment, we will be in contact to inform you of the waiting period and let you choose whether to wait or to cancel. 

    Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?
    We are not responsible for customs fees or any other tax fees.
    Who pays the customs duties & taxes?
    Shipments outside of the USA may incur customs fees depending on the destination country. The fee may vary depending on your order value, country limits, and other factors. customers are responsible for these fees. Any fees are paid to appropriate customs agency by the end customer. Don't purchase if you can't pay any customs fees when you pick up parcels.
